Berlin Management Group LLC ("BMG," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website berlinmanagementgroup.ai and an internal software tool called BMG Social Signal Engine. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our site, submit a form, or engage with our content on third-party platforms such as Facebook.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our operations audit request form, we collect:
- Full name
- Work email address
- Company name
- Phone number (optional)
- Industry
- A description of the process you want to improve
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data, including:
- Pages viewed and time on site
- Referring website or source
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- General geographic location (city/region level, not precise)
- Interactions with site elements (form views, form submissions, button clicks)
GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information. IP addresses are anonymized by default in GA4. We use this data solely to understand how visitors use our site and to improve the experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit through our form to:
- Review your operations audit request
- Follow up with questions or to schedule a conversation
- Send a one-time confirmation email acknowledging your submission
We do not use your information for marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional campaigns unless you separately opt in.
3. Form Processing
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form backend. Formspree receives and forwards your submission data to us via email. Formspree's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
4. Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-1B2L1VB82X) to collect anonymous site usage statistics. Google Analytics uses cookies to track visitor interactions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We track the following custom events to improve the form experience: form views, form interactions, successful submissions, and clicks on our scheduling link. These events do not contain personally identifiable information.
5. Cookies
Our site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These cookies do not store personal information. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
6. BMG Social Signal Engine (Facebook App Integration)
Berlin Management Group operates an internal-only software tool called BMG Social Signal Engine that connects to Meta's Facebook Graph API to monitor engagement on BMG's own verified Facebook Page (berlinmanagementgroup.ai). This tool is not a public product, is not sold, is not offered as a SaaS service, and has one user: Brad Berlin, the verified Page manager.
What the tool collects from Facebook:
- Comment text left on BMG's own Facebook Page posts
- Commenter display name (as provided by Facebook)
- Comment timestamps
- Comment identifiers returned by Facebook's API
- Raw API payloads for audit purposes
How we use this data:
- Operator review of comments for follow-up planning
- Tracking engagement on BMG's content over time
- Linking recognized commenters to our existing customer records for relationship continuity, with operator confirmation only
What we do not do:
- Post automated replies or any automated content on Facebook
- Send outbound messages to Facebook commenters
- Resell, share, redistribute, or publicly display Facebook engagement data
- Analyze Facebook data from any Page other than BMG's own verified Page
- Train machine learning models on Facebook data
- Transfer Facebook data outside BMG's internal systems
Where the data is stored: The tool stores captured data in a local SQLite database on Brad Berlin's own workstation. It does not transmit Facebook data to any third party.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following cases:
- With Formspree, to process your form submission
- With Google Analytics, for anonymous site usage statistics
- With Meta (Facebook), via the Facebook Graph API, to retrieve engagement data (comments) from BMG's own verified Facebook Page
- If required by law or to protect our legal rights
8. Data Retention
Form submission data is retained in our email system for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of your request. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).
Facebook engagement data captured by the BMG Social Signal Engine (comments, commenter display names, and timestamps from BMG's own Facebook Page) is retained for as long as the underlying content remains live on Facebook. If Facebook signals that a comment has been deleted at the source, the corresponding captured record is flagged for deletion. Users may also request deletion directly — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at brad@berlinmanagementgroup.com.

10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through our site. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
