I was born and raised in Arizona, and I've spent my career running operations and managing teams across the United States, overseeing budgets, vendors, and the never-ending pile of paperwork that comes with keeping a business moving. Along the way, I got deep into architecting enterprise-class software for mid-market and small companies, which is where I saw firsthand how much the right technology can change a business.
I've always had a deep respect for smaller companies. Building something from the ground up is hard work, and the people who do it deliver an incredible service and build a culture that big companies can only dream of. But too often, they're buried in manual work that eats into their bottom line. That's why I started Berlin Management Group, because a small company's bottom line matters just as much as anyone else's.
