What the conversation is

A working session on your problem, not a presentation about BMG. It can end three ways: a proposal for a starter project or an Operations Diagnostic, a referral to someone better suited, or the conclusion that your operation does not need outside help right now. Any of those is a useful outcome, and you will get a direct answer either way.
